Walls

Hi guys!

I've added some walls that should fit the dungeon tileset.

Hence it's not entirely obvious  what goes where (outside and inner walls looks a bit different even though they are similar) I've added tmx file (https://www.mapeditor.org/) that should help.

As a bonus - a ladder :)
